The customer/user can exchange a product ONLY in the following cases:-
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect.
In case of any of the above situations, the customer/ user needs to contact us within 48 hrs of delivery of the product. If the product is damaged the customer/ user needs to send the image of the damaged product for us to take the exchange request forward and resolve the issue.
Kindly note, that a product can only be exchanged against another piece of the same design.
Apart from the above conditions, we do not accept any Returns or Exchanges.
