ONLINE SHOPPING

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. ORDERS

Once you have completed the checkout process we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
You are not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.

TRACKING ORDERS

If you have selected a residential or business address for delivery, once you have received your order confirmation your delivery will be due the following day (excluding Sundays).

If your order has not been received within the agreed times (see your despatch note for confirmation of this) then you will be able to contact on (+91) 8290070234 to track your order we will help you out with your order status

EXPECTED ARRIVAL OF DELIVERIES

All orders received online at Bhagyaratnam® are processed and, depending on stock availability, are dispatched as promptly as possible and normally delivered in 1-3 working days. Please see the delivery information on the product pages for more specific information. If the items you have ordered qualify for Express Delivery, they will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Where any products have a longer delivery time of 48 hours, our customer experience team will contact you by email to confirm the approximate date of despatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorize us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the Products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

LOST PACKAGES

Even though packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made, and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Bhagyaratnam®

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

We will contact your payment card company for authorization when you place your order. Your payment card will then be debited when we pick your order for dispatch. We accept the following cards for payment: American Express, Mastercard and Visa & Rupay. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amount already paid (if any) by way of credit to your credit card/debit card account.
